business systems & AI implementation for founders who care about quality

Your company. Your standards. Your quality.
Less busywork.

EaseLabs helps founders and small teams turn recurring work into business systems and AI-supported workflows that remember your process, follow your logic, and keep work moving. All without handing your business to a machine.

the real problem

You are still the operating system.

AI may be helping, but you are still holding too much together: remembering what to prompt, hunting for context, checking every detail, tracking every follow-up, and rebuilding the same process again next week.

The model is not the problem. Nothing around it remembers anything, so every session starts from zero and you are the one carrying the context across.

sound
familiar?
01
The first four minutes of every session are you re-typing the same paragraph about your business.
02
The prompt that worked brilliantly in March is in a note, or a doc, or a chat. So you rewrite it.
03
The work that repeats every month still only happens because you remembered it.
04
You’re not willing to lower the quality bar just to use AI.
05
You have tried other people’s templates and workflows, and none of them describe how you actually work.
let's get real

You already know how your business works.

You have the processes. You have the standards. You have the context, all of it, in your head. The gap has never been knowledge. It is that none of it is written anywhere your AI can read, which means you are the one holding it, every day, forever.

You’ve been running a system from your to-do list forever.
You just never wrote it down.

five moves,
in order
01
Do a task you regularly do, straight off your to-do list.
02
Get a real deliverable that meets your quality standard.
03
Ask AI if this is a repeatable system.
04
Have AI write that system so you can use it again later.
05
Use it again and again, having AI improve it after every use.
why this is different

If your first thought is “I’m bad at systems,” you are exactly who this is for.

You don’t have to be the one who spots the pattern. That is the part AI is actually good at.

Just do the work the way you already do it. The system reveals itself.

progressive delegation

The goal is not to automate everything. The goal is to decide how much of each process you are comfortable delegating.

you choose how far
each one goes
AI assists
AI prepares,
you approve
AI initiates,
you monitor
AI runs the
whole thing
mostly you
mostly AI
most of my tasks live in these two
how it all works

Most people follow
the same path.

This is designed as a progressive path. You learn how AI systems work. You learn how to find the systems already in your business. Then you choose: take the toolkit and build it yourself, or work with me to build it together.

Either way, the goal is the same: you leave knowing exactly how I do this behind the scenes, so you can keep doing it yourself long after we’re done.

01

Learn the foundations

Two 90-minute small-group workshops. Everyone starts here.

both, not either/or
workshop one

AI Systems 101

90 minutes · up to 5 people · runs once a month
$125 / person

For people already using Claude Cowork, Chat GPT’s Work Mode, Claude Code or Codex, but who are starting over everytime they start working.

You’ll learn the basic terms and architecture of AI Systems: Knowledge bases, skills, scheduled tasks, SOPs, connectors and MCPs.

Walk away with a tool that captures any repeatable process from your work session and saves it as a reusable skill, automatically.

workshop two

Uncovering the Systems Already In Your Business

90 minutes · up to 5 people · runs once a month
$125 / person

You already have recurring systems in your business. You just haven’t seen them yet. In this workshop, you talk through your work out loud, AI maps the systems underneath what you’re already doing, and you leave knowing exactly what to build first.

Walk away with a tool to find the system underneath what you’re already doing, again and again.

Already past the foundations? If you have built AI skills, reusable workflows, a working knowledge base, or comparable systems, apply to skip ahead and I will tell you where to begin.

02

Build it yourself

For people already working in Claude Code, Cowork, ChatGPT Work or Codex, who keep starting from nothing. You paste the same paragraph about your business. You explain how you write, again. You work out a good way to do something, it works, you close the tab, and it is gone.

You are not missing a better prompt. You are missing somewhere to put things.

the shortcut, if you want it
do it on your own

DIY AI Ops Toolkit

$147

You end up with one command. At the end of any working session you type playbook it, and what you just did gets filed: what you learned into your knowledge base, the steps into an SOP, anything you will clearly do again into a skill.

Every run makes the next one better, because your AI knows more about how you actually work than it did yesterday. These seven builders create the backend that makes that one command possible.

  • Start Here installer
  • Knowledge Base Builder
  • SOP Builder
  • Ops Cadence Builder
  • Ops Dispatcher Builder
  • Playbook It Builder
  • Skill Builder

Requires a paid plan on whichever workspace you use. If you are already working this way, you have one.

Required for Working Hours and the 90-Day Sprint. The Sprint includes it.

If you are already system-savvy and just want the raw materials, you can buy the toolkit on its own and skip the rest.

03

Build it with me

Hands-on implementation in your real business, using your actual tools, standards, and examples.

Working Hours

Two hours · $500 for the session + $147 toolkit
$647

Working Hours are for hands-on implementation. We map and build the system together inside your actual tools, so you understand it, can maintain it, and are not dependent on me every time something changes. We build on top of what the toolkit installs, so it is included in the price. If you already own the toolkit, you pay $500.

Best when you have one specific problem to solve.
best for momentum

90-Day Sprint

Five hours · includes the $147 toolkit
$1,247

Best when you want momentum across several systems, not just one session. We map priorities, build, use, notice what breaks, capture what works, and improve the systems over time. If you already own the toolkit, the Sprint is $1,100.

Working Hours solve the problem you bring. The Sprint gives us continuity.
working hours or sprint?

Honestly? Most people need 3-5 hours to build something that actually sticks and understand the architecture well enough to keep going on their own. If that’s your goal, the Sprint is usually the better math. If you already have strong AI literacy, or systems thinking comes naturally to you, a single session may be enough.

04

Keep it moving

For existing clients only, after a Sprint or Working Hours.

whenever you need it
continue the work

Follow-Up Hours

Use follow-up hours to plan other systems, troubleshoot something you built, try a more complex process, or keep working through your architecture. Once you have completed either option above, follow-up hours stay open to you.

the point

The goal is that you don’t need me.

I’m not here to manage your systems. I’m here to teach you my process so you can run it yourself.

By the time we’re done, you’ll know what I’m asking AI to do, why I’m asking it, and how to keep building on it in your own business.

The goal isn’t a retainer. It’s that you leave with a method that compounds every time you use it (and that you can manage yourself).

These do not all need to become fully automated. Some become checklists. Some become AI skills. Some become scheduled reviews. Some stay fully human-run, just with less friction and a system that doesn’t live only in your head.

the human behind the systems

Hi. I’m Alex.

Systems Builder · Host of the Friendship IRL Podcast · Content Creator

I have a LOT of repeated weekly work tasks.

200+ podcast episodes · 3 newsletter issues per week · 30+ social posts per week · regular media appearances · 1 published book

I am not telling you that to impress you. I am telling you because there is no version of me that produces all of that on memory and motivation.

I have three chronic health conditions. Some weeks I am not creative, and the work still has to go out. So I built systems that run when I don’t. I did not make them for fun. I made them because I was drowning.

EaseLabs was created because everyone kept asking me “how are you doing all of this” and after showing someone my systems for 90 seconds they’d say “can you teach me?”

you do not have to be good at systems to have them. i got you.
